  • How can I book a tour at Brownstone Reserve?

  • How many people can Brownstone Reserve hold?

    • Our structure was built based on the average Texas-size wedding.
    • In 2023, we hosted between 134 and 144 guests, slightly higher than the national average!
    • We know everything is bigger in Texas and can hold up to 320 seated guests indoors.
    • A fun fact for those planning your wedding, 70%, is the number of guests that attend the wedding!

  • How much can I reserve my date for?

    • We offer several payment options. Our most popular payment option is to pay $500 down and make monthly payments.
    • Another option is making 4 scheduled payments of 25%.
    • You can pay upfront and save time and money. Ask for details.

  • Are there any restrictions with vendors for our wedding day?

    We only require our customers hire security through Badgehire.com and choose one of our 3 bartending companies that are TABC-certified and insured.


    For all other vendors, you can select from our recommended vendors list or your preference according to your needs and budget.


  • Does Brownstone Reserve offer tables and chairs?

    Yes. We have 320 Chivari chairs for the reception hall and 300 white fold-out chairs for the ceremony.

    • 32 @ 5’ round tables

  • How long do I have the venue for on the day of?

    Venue access is from 8:00 am to 11: 00 pm with bar and music concluding at 11:00 pm, followed by an hour for cleanup and vacating by midnight.

  • What are the dimensions of the stair rail and stage?
